6th grade Georgia O'Keeffe skull pencil drawings

Students learned the history of Georgia O'keeffe and what type of artwork she created.  The goal was to draw a skull using value and to display accurate details to the best of their ability.  I am extremely proud of my students.   These are works in progress.  I will post final pieces.

Olympic figures made of plaster

5th grades students learned about ancient Greece.   We focused on the Olympics.  Students created figures in motion.  They chose a sport that their figure would represent and created an armature.   They covered the armature  in foil to get form and then covered with plaster.  Images feature students in final stages of this project.   They are painting their figures in gold,  silver, or  bronze.  Will post more when project is completed.

4th grade clay loom weavings

This is a first time project.   Clay looms.  Warp was the most difficult part of this project but the students did a great job.  I am thankful for my students who could help a few friends.
